Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Leaning R Original Hot Salsa
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper and onion. Cook 4–5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
- Stir in cooked rice and Leaning R Original Hot Salsa. Mix well and cook another 2–3 minutes until heated through.
