Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
6 eggs, scrambled

1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
1 cup cooked potatoes (diced or shredded)
Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook the scrambled eggs until just set. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
