Recipe: Original MILD Salsa Street Corn Flatbread

Ingredients:
2 naan or flatbreads
1 jar (16 oz) LEANING R® Original MILD Salsa
1 cup frozen fire-roasted corn, thawed
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cotija cheese
Optional: chopped cilantro or hot sauce

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Spread 1/2 jar of Original MILD Salsa evenly over each flatbread.
3. Top with corn and cheese.
4. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
5. Slice and serve warm. Garnish with cilantro or a drizzle of hot sauce if desired.
